Structural steel and custom fabrication for Peloton’s Manhattan headquarters, including a 14-foot-wide bleacher stair and custom 10-foot-diameter spiral stair.
H&L Ironworks completed structural steel, miscellaneous metals and custom fabrication work for Peloton’s headquarters at 119 West 25th Street in Manhattan. The project included new structural steel required to create a substantial floor opening for a 14-foot-wide steel bleacher stair, integrating the new stair assembly into the existing building.
H&L installed the steel bleacher stair along with powder-coated stair railings and additional railings around the perimeter of the new floor opening. The scope combined structural modifications with highly visible finished metalwork within the headquarters interior.
A significant custom fabrication component was a 10-foot-diameter spiral stair designed and installed by H&L specifically for the project. The stair and associated railings created a prominent architectural feature within the space and required coordination between the structural opening, fabricated stair components and finished railing systems.
